The online process worked without a hitch. The planning behind the tours - including the location of hotels in relation to the tour program was well thought through.

The guides were good to listen to. They were couteous friendly and helpful. The lady guide however who did the Teracotte Warriers however did not stop at various points and do a count of us all...

Good overall. No support when Jetstar from Tokyo to Osaka was cancelled on first day of trip. Motel at Mt Fuji was appalling in every aspect.
