Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that our service did not meet your expectations despite achieving the sale that we both wanted and achieving 99% of suggested asking price. I can see from your file that we arranged 11 viewings during the marketing period and were working on two sales on your behalf, unfortunately, one of those sales as you know did not progress to completion due to matters that were out of our control.

I agree that it is not acceptable that you were not expecting viewers at times and we do use lots of technology to try and prevent issues like this arising such as text message and email confirmation sent to both our vendors and applicants advising times and dates. It would appear that this process has not worked properly on your property and this is something that we will look at and ensure we can prevent happening in the future.

I am pleased that Alan Hutton left a more positive impression and we will forward your feedback to him.
