Many thanks for leaving feedback - we appreciate you taking the time.We are sorry about the double error here. As you say, we mistakenly sent you two duplicate tins. In seeking to fix this as quickly and efficiently as possible though, there was a slight breakdown in communication this end. Our production team took the request to send "a lid only" to mean the personalised part of it rather than the whole lid, including the personalised part. Ordinarily we would have been able to fix this second mistake just as quickly as the first but we were undone by the postal strikes and immediately offered you a refund for the faulty item.
