It was easy to book and I liked it had ticket insurance, a bit high in price for it but ok as I don't go to the theatre often.

Dear Simon, Had you read the terms and conditions of Ticketplan, you would have known that ticket cancellation protection does not give you the right to cancel without a valid reason. Like with any insurance policy, there are terms and conditions clearly displayed when booking and there is a process to claim your money back after a valid proof of not being able to attend the show is submitted. Failure to read the terms can lead to incorrect assumptions as seen in your case. I hope you enjoy the pizza next time and read the terms and conditions of ticket refunds and exchanges before buying elsewhere.

You can only book one show at a time, not multiple shows in one check out basket.

Thanks for your feedback. Most shows can be booked together, however there are still some technical limitations that certain venues have, which do not allow multiple items in one basket.
