When you reached out to us after placing your initial order, the theatre had already confirmed your booking and we cannot just cancel it as we are not allowed to do this. Unfortunately, your desired price bracket seats were not available for the new date you requested. In this situation, you were provided with more expensive seats, and you were required to pay the price difference. This was not a charge for a mere exchange. We understand that this may not have been the outcome you expected, but we cannot provide more expensive seats for free. We operate within the constraints of these agreements.
