To be honest, we think your 2 star rating is a bit unfair considering you placed the order on a public holiday, New Year's Day. The 2nd January is also a public holiday in Scotland and our premises were closed. Your order was dispatched on Friday 3rd January and you opted to have it sent on our standard delivery service, which is Royal Mail 48, which aims to deliver within 2 working days, excluding weekends. As you will appreciate, there is always a delay to courier services in the peak season and Royal Mail are doing all that they can to minimise any impact for its customers.
