Great content, delivery not perfect

The content keeps my grandchildren riveted. They fight over who reads it first. However the delivery is unreliable at best. They often tell me they haven’t received a copy.

Hi there, we are really happy that your grandchildren love The Phoenix but very sorry to hear that the delivery has been unreliable. The Phoenix is posted at the same time each week and is delivered by Royal Mail. A small number of customers are sometimes impacted by postal issues and of course the recent strikes also caused delivery delays. We will contact you directly to arrange replacement issues to ensure your grandchildren are not missing any comics.

Great for young readers

Varied comic, keeps the boys (8&10) interested and always excited to see it has arrived whne they get back from home each week. We all like doing the spot the difference and cryptic.
