Do not use this insurance company, their service is appalling, I submitted invoices dating back to 13th July and am waiting payment.

Good afternoon, We are sorry to hear of your comments. In terms of the claims process, we make clear that we are unable to assess a claim without all relevant documentation. This includes a full completed claim form by you and each attending vet, related invoices and complete medical history. Once these were received, the claim was paid 5 working days later. This information has been provided, and yet still no monies received, I have never had to wait this time previously with other insurers'. A customer should not be put of pocket for this long.

The phone system is ridiculous, so much information and buttons to press, it took me 5 minutes just to get to the point where I could choose a service! This made me short with the person I spoke to...
