Thank you for your review, we're very sorry to hear that the trip didn't live up to your expectations. As you had selected the Bucket Lister trip, our local team of representatives were in country to meet you and guide you through the trip. I can assure you that the local guiding team are also representatives of The Bucket List Company as much as the person you met at the airport. We're unsure where you got the information that your accommodation had a pool, as we opt for booking accommodation right by the main square so you can experience the best Marrakech has to offer, but unfortunately this means it comes without a pool. The last minute change was due to an issue with the hotel we normally use however the one you were moved to across the street was actually a slightly nicer hotel out of our usual budget but we wanted to make up for the inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback on your recent trip with us, although we are very sorry to hear the trip didn't live up to your expectations. We advertise Toubkal as an entry level mountaineering trek but of course, it is a challenge. However, it's surprising to hear someone felt unsafe on the trip as we take such pride in ensuring safety is number one priority on our trips.I am glad you found the guides to be lovely, they are a great team and do a fantastic job of representing us as a company in-country. Please be assured our local guides are all from The Bucket List Company. Overall, it's great to hear you would recommend Toubkal as a mountain - it's a fantastic trip that is so popular with us! Although we are disappointed to hear you wouldn't recommend us as a company especially as others on the trip had a different experience.
