The order was placed and paid for over the phone with your operator on the 5/2/18 after your site wouldn't let me order on line. I have had at least 2 invoices emailed to me. I checked with your...

Good morning,
Thank you for your valued feed back and sorry to hear your tap has not arrived yet. We sent this with the courier on the 12th February which is why you received the tracking advice on this day so it should have arrived by now.
We are calling you now and also on the phone to the courier to find out why it has not been delivered to you yet. We will do everything we can to get your tap to you ASAP.

11 Days after I placed the order and still haven’t seen the product! Say no more! Also a little concerned, is the product going to turn up?!

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that your product has not arrived we sent it via Australia Post on the 5th February and for some reason they have sent it back to our warehouse. This has never happened before and we are investigating it with Australia Post to see why they sent it back.
We are calling you now to tell you we are sending your wall shower out again today so you will receive it tomorrow.

Thank you to the customer support team. As it turned out the problem was with the freight and the team at Bluespace could not have been more helpful and informative in ensuring the product reached me in a timely manner. Thank you and I have no problems in recommending this website, in what turned out to be a pleasant experience!

Thank you for your feed back and sorry to hear the packaging was damaged, this is definitely not how we want our products to arrive to our customers. The packaging is designed to protect the tap so we are really glad there was no damage to the item.

Have ordered a few things now and very happy with customer service. Great communication. I had a bath that I had to delay delivery of and customer service were very helpful.
