We are sorry that your BBQ arrived damaged, we do not open the boxes they are sealed by the manufacturer, we have tried to contact you, please contact us we can offer you compensation.
First delivery Damaged to goods. Had to return complete item.
Second delivery damaged, sent email no response as of 30/05/12

we are extremely sorry your Campingaz bbq arrived damaged twice we do not open the bbq's as they are sealed by the manufacturer, and as you may appreciate once opened and taken out we cannot pack the items in the box as the manufacturer would.
we have had a few problems with getting the parts but Campingaz have assured us they have ordered the temp guage and it will be with you asap
