The sweater size was not as advertised. A medium turned out to be tight, even though other Irish sweaters fit well at medium. I returned the sweater for exchange.

I had no issues with online ordering and was notified when the item was shipped. It arrived at an expected time. I will ordering another sweater in the future.

Your service is fine. The charge to return a sweater to you is extremely high. If I order something from The Irish Store they offer free shipping to their customers. When I needed to return an item...

Excellent service. The item arrived in USA in a very short time. Ordering was easy. Best of all I love the wool slippers; they are better than my Ugg slippers. I will not have cold feet any more.
Well, first time ordering from the sweater shop. I placed an order Jan 27th and haven’t yet received my order. Possibly an issue with the carrier??
