We have looked into this for you and can only apologise that there has been a system error which has amended the offer prices differently on our end which is why you didn't receive the amount expected and we are sorry for this. Thank you for your review. Whilst we make every effort to supply the items as ordered, under exceptional circumstances, if a product unavoidably becomes unavailable, then we may send a substitute. We have found that most customers prefer this to the disappointment of receiving nothing at all. The substitutes are carefully chosen to be as similar as possible to the original item and we apologise if this was not up to standard on this occasion. We have arranged a full refund of the Longor. Our carriage charges are detailed on our web site. Packet seed only will incur a carriage charge of £2.99. All other products incur a carriage charge of £4.99. If your order comprises of a combination of carriage charges, then a combined carriage charge of £6.99 will be applied. We have looked through our emails and we are unable to locate an email from the email address provided on this review and we apologise that this has not been dealt with soon.
