30-60 days for the payment is a joke
if it wasnt for the 30-60 days you have to wait till you get the payment it would have been 5 stars but 30-60 days is a long time to wait for a little bit of cash, hopefully after the first payment...

Site security is no joke and it is the basis which provides the platform where you can actually make money online and get paid.
You may find other sites lack security checks, however the risks associated with that are fairly clear.
If our advertisers verify that everything was completed correctly, then you will find no issues with having your account reactivated and then being able to request your withdrawal in due course.

When I complete thongs off the offer wall I am 92% of the time not credited for them. When I reach out to customer service or the moderator I am told there is essentially nothing that can be done...

As you will have been informed you would need to contact the advertiser or offerwall who provides the offer in order to discuss any issues over crediting.
What we provide is a place to access ways to make money online and when credit paid by the advertisers to your account, then we can send payment when it is requested from your account.
We can control what we make available on the site, how fast payments are sent to you and how quickly, and the information you are provided with when requesting support. All of those we do very well as you will have first hand experience of as you have received a number of payments from us.
You will have had access to a lot of different ways to make money online. All payments are sent in under 10 hours, and all support tickets are replied to within the same timescale.
We have no access to external advertisers surveys and systems, so if you have issues with their failure to credit, then please provide them with the appropriate star rating, rather than blaming us for issues you've had with third party advertisers.
