Rather than review our site, you seem to have an issue with one of our external advertisers.
We can see from your account that you've completed a number of surveys, received several payments, many instantly, but there's no mention of our service in your review.
In relation to the point you've raised, the best course of action would be to raise a ticket to advise us of the potential survey issues. We have a dedicate form you can access in our help section, or raise a support ticket and we can provide you a link to that.
WE would always advise that if you require support, then contacting us via our support areas is the best way to do that.
If you wish to leave a review of our site, then it would be helpful if you did so based on the service you've received from us.
