So sorry for any trouble! I do show your refund has been processed in full - please contact your bank if you do not see it to ensure they do not have any holds on that :) We do advise a 10-14 business day refund period as we wait for hotel to process funds back after cancellation, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time with the higher amount of cancellations due to COVID-19.
