So far so good. Every question i have had has been answered in a timely manner. I even found a better deal with the hotel and was refunded the difference. It's been a positive experience so far....

Hi there!
Thank you so much for the feedback. Resort fees are the only fees that are not included in our rates because it is a hotel fee we are not able to collect. We note it in the booking policies and reiterate it in the receipt to relay the hotel's policies since we are not able to collect it.

There was a price discrepancy between what was reflected on our website and what was billed. We have refunded your account the price difference and would to give you 5% off your next booking with us. Great for a family of 8!
I have lots of kids and this was the easiest experience I have ever had booking a room combination large enough to accommodate all of us. I'll definitely use their services again!
