Dear Valued Spiking Customer,
Thank you for sharing your review. We regret to learn you were having trouble following the Options Trading Masterclass.
We understand that the Options Trading Masterclass was a little more advanced and we will look into improving the course content and make it more manageable for people who are new to it.
As options is a more difficult topic hence it might be harder for some people and for people who are really new to options trading. But, you do not need to worry, because you can still re-watch the classes as many times as you need within your subscription period.
Our hope is to continuously provide more and more value. Your feedback is greatly appreciated! If you have the time, please email us at info@spiking.com to share more about how we can turn your 1-star into 5-star experience for you!

Very clear ideas were presented by Dr. Chiang during the class. And he inspired us to think for ourselves by connecting the dots. The support from Spiking angels was fantastic and timely.
