Given a bit of duff info over the phone regarding the requirement for earthing, but apart from that OK. At least they answer the phone with a human being and not a ten choice menu.
thank you for your review. We are surprised to hear that this product has a poor quality, since we never had any complaints concerning it, and it was quite a popular ceiling mounted presence detector from CP Electronics. We will pass on your review to the manufacturer, and we would appreciate any more specific feedback on why this product is not good by email at sales@sparksdirect.co.uk.
The online sales team at Sparks
SparksDirect are London's leading lighting and electrical wholesaler, supplying the whole of the UK with both commercial and domestic electrical products.
