Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Regrettably we are unable to offer next day delivery with DPD to your postcode which means we are unable to offer the Dine At Home Meal, unfortunately our system isn't currently sophisticated enough to stop the order processing. However our office team should have manually flagged this on receiving the order and they certainly shouldn't have attempted to book delivery knowing that DPD couldn't deliver in the time frame needed for the food. We don't actually have a option currently with DPD to expedite deliveries to your postcode area am afraid. I realise in current times how much of a treat and something to look forward to is and I can't apologise enough that the order wasn't flagged straightaway.
