Your order was delivered well within the time-frame that we promise, and sadly it is the responsibility of the customer to choose the appropriate size - plenty of information is available about sizing both at the point of purchase and in our 'Products and Pricing' page.
The offer of a refund from our email still stands if you would just like to let us know, ultimately we want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases.
