Was hard to order, somehow. Especially with the code. Good fog food been using it for last 6 years, ordered from a local shop. Doesn't seem as sticky last 2 years though???

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback and for using the food for so many years, we really do appreciate it.
Regarding the stickiness, we’ve actually increased the Weetsweet content, and since moving to a single-kibble process the coating is stickier than ever. That said, we have to be careful not to apply too much, as in colder weather it can set rock hard, which causes issues during handling and feeding. It’s very much about finding the right balance to ensure consistency year-round.
On the sample packs, thank you for the comment. We’ll take that on board. Our samples have always been standard 100g packs, as this is generally enough to try a different diet and see whether dogs enjoy it and get on well with it before moving to a full bag.

Our samples have always been standard 100g packs, designed purely as a trial size so dogs can taste the food and owners can see how they get on with a new diet before committing to a full bag. We appreciate that this may have felt smaller than expected, and we’ll certainly take your comments on board around perceived value.
