Advisor was poor

Usually the contact has been very helpful and efficient, on this occasion the allocated adviser was ineffective, didn't do as they said and most unhelpful.

Pay out the insure I am due. Business interruption. I was closed due to covid but you won't pay out what you should because you say covid isn't covered. Ha! And the point of insurance is??
