We also were not able to locate any reported cases related to spilled liquids or damaged shipments. If liquid products ever do arrive damaged or leaking in transit, we absolutely encourage you to report it through your online account or directly to our Client Support team via phone 800-538-4675 or email OrderNow@smeincusa.com. Our crew is always happy to jump in quickly with replacement shipments and handle any carrier claims on the backend to help make things right as fast as possible.
