Thank you for honest review, we are of course grateful for the feedback. The chef has indeed changed. Its' an impossible task to fill the shoes of Marcus, but we hope the atmosphere remains the same, the food still delicious and well thought out. I have now amended the quote on our website to a quote a few weeks before 'seriously exceptional' - we hope you agree!

Thank you for your feedback and pleased to hear that we were able to pick you up from the Bens Bus stop in Rochetaile, and drop you off the following week. Sometimes we have to arrange a taxi at the clients expense. Sorry to hear that we had run out of Shampoo. We are trying to reduce our plastic waste and have now opted for fixed, refillable dispensers in every bathroom. We shouldn't therefore run out in the future! Very happy to hear of the professional staff and delicious food served.
