Very efficient in notifying me of when things would happen

On the whole very good. Wouldn’t want to employ again as I don’t want that sort of funeral

delay in funeral do to paperwork, death certificate given on 6th of dec didn't get things arranged for nearly two weeks after, chose music for service double-checked it twice with the person on to...
