Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your transfer from Palma Airport to Port Alcudia.
We understand how frustrating the waiting and travel time must have been. Please note that the service you booked was a shared shuttle, which can sometimes lead to longer waiting and transfer times due to multiple passenger pickups and drop-offs along the route. This scheduling is intended to offer a more affordable option but can affect the overall journey time.
We’re glad to hear that your return journey was a better experience, and we appreciate your understanding. Your feedback is valuable to us and will help us improve our services going forward.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

The service was excellent from start to finish. Booking was easy to follow and the price was very good. The instructions for when you got to the airport were easy to follow and there was minimum wait...
