I had to cancel the reservation and they made me pay 10€ for "administration fee". That's absolutely awful. I will not book them if I need to in the future.

The flight was delayed and it took a long time to get our luggage. The driver waited for us and contacted us via mobile phone. Excellent service. Would definitely use them again.
