Great product and service. Buy via their ebay site as its cheaper!!
good packaging. good delivery - not express which I didn't ask for but was within a few days. Very good looking product. Tricky to install in that it needs two people. No installation instructions....

Very fast delivery. The product is solid and sturdy and looks good. However, it could probably be made lighter and the wall stays/fixture arrangement could be improved to make installation easier.

You need to put the shower rail in a stronger reinforced cardboard tube !! Not a flimsy box !! That way when it get delivered on the back of a truck it will not get bent 😐
