Thank you for sending documents, now received. Still can't understand why this has happened to me two consecutive years, and only on my m/c policy (not my car policy, also with Shield).

Good policy , good service

very clear and helpful call agent. Ended up with a much better deal than my previous insurer. Now got the policy and the cover seems first class with very reasonable excesses. Overall good service.
