The Sardinian rep was polite and reasonably helpful, but, although it was not her fault, it was disappointing that issues were not resolved before we left.

We appreciate your very helpful feedback and are very happy to hear you thoroughly enjoyed your holiday. We are looking into the air-conditioning situation and have asked your representative to speak with the owner regarding this and the other aspects you mention. Thank you again for your observations and the 4-star review.
Wonderful service, always greeted with a smile from staff wherever we were. Very helpful reception staff, always happy to assist with queries or give information regarding places to go.

Very good service.
Efficient staff, especially the housekeeping.
Regular change of towels and bed linen.
Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. I am sorry to hear your experience with EasyJet was not an enjoyable one, although I am delighted to hear your stay at Gabbiano Azzurro Hotel was overall good. I am sorry to read your wife had a fall in the pool, we will certainly pass on your recommendation for a rail and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We would love to welcome you back again or if Corsica is next on the list we will look forward to welcoming you there.
The most important aspect of the service was the local knowledge that guided us to a superb location and hotel that perfectly met our needs.

The support when I called to book was great and very helpful. The trip that was organised worked perfectly and I really like the personal transport to the hotel. It all helps to create a relaxing...
