We have booked again as the service provided by Sardinian Places both here in the UK and at our holiday villa in Sardinia, is excellent.
Great customer service over the phone. Kept us up to date via email pre-holiday and everything worked to plan whilst at our holiday destination.

Fabulous holiday in Sardinia. Sardinian Places were easy and friendly to deal with. We hope to return to Sardinia using this company in 2018.

Lovely holiday,but not well requiring a visit to the local medical centre..A lot of hassel returning the hire car,and departures at Olbia airport chaos to say the least

People helpful. But failed to understand the quality we wanted and we ended up with to our eyes was a hotel not of the appropriate standard

I am so sorry you found the hotel was not what you had expected and in particular the dining experience. The hotel is part of the Delphina group who have several hotels on the island, all of which are a good standard, although of course, I appreciate everyone has different tastes in food and it is disappointing that on this occasion you were unhappy,.
All the staff we dealt with were very helpful and had good knowledge of the hotel and flight details. The process was well managed and we would definitely use them again.
Not much interaction with the company so nothing really to rate.
