Great software
It is easy to use and covers all aspects of hiring facilities. The staff are very helpful and patient, quick responses and never make me feel stupid!

Generally, very easy to use and intuitive.
Product could be improved by having hyperlinks between, for example, Booking and Customer details, so that you could jump around minimising ata required.
