Dear valued customer , I am so sorry to read your review regarding your experience you received when it came to arranging the fitting of your Brand new wardrobes. May I apologise for all the inconvenience that has been caused to you and also your Daughter . The fitting company Pier to Pier that we use and are sanctioned from Nolte, who are the company who have supplied you with your wardrobes . I must state they are normally so reliable . Please note that Roomes furniture are not in control of pier to piers fitting service but can request certain fitting dates if its possible to help our customers out . On the occasions you have mentioned we were not informed of any issues regarding your fitting until we were notified by yourselves. They plan and load their vans themselves based capacities received as they work and fit for multiple retailers up and down the country . That is why we cant control what goes on and possibly not notify you ourselves of any last minute hitches . I would still like to put things right in the future as I see you have stated that you will never use Roomes furniture again . Kindest regards . Stef Thomas Store Manager

I fail to understand why your fitting company are not controlled by yourselves and you say you were not aware of the failed deliveries. My daughter spoke to a guy called Dan at your showroom who said would ensure delivery. This company are obviously incompetent in delivering goods and I fail to agree that they are a good fitting company .As I previously stated I will never be using Roomes again due to the totally unsatisfactory dealings with the incompetent company Pier to Pier

I would highly recommend shopping at Roomes, they have been excellent every step of the way. The delivery experience and all of their customer service has been superb.
