Dear Valued Customer , I am so sorry to read your comments regarding the service you received from Roomes furniture and interiors . Firstly may I start by apologising for the experience you have received . I have looked into your order and I have noticed that it was explained on your paper work that you signed for . "Mattress:turn and rotate regularly" . We place these notes against all relevant orders as this is a manufacturing guideline to help you with the regular maintenance of your product . It is also a reminder for the sales team just in case they may forget to tell you during the process of the sale . With regards to the collect and dispose of your old bed , unfortunately we no longer offer this service due to the Covid restrictions that we faced during the pandemic . We decided as a business that we would out source this which it has been very successful and we have received tremendous feedback . I can only again apologise that we seem to have not been more proactive with an update but we now everything in place and up and running again with the sales team informing all our customers of all the services available .
