Dear Valued customer , I am so sorry to read the comments you posted regarding the service you received So I will apologise for the experience you encountered . I have taken on board your comments and investigated the situation . The Original fitter was due to fit your product but unfortunately due to personal family reasons couldn't on the day planned at that time . He then rebooked with you the following day I believe , but unfortunately again he didn't have his diary with him at the time and didn't realise he had already had made a previous booking and had made an error The fitter then tried to apologise but due the the way he was spoken too he then refused to proceed with your fitting . My Senior Management team then tried to source another fitter at short notice but unfortunately they had trouble , when we did get hold of one eventually and explained the situation , he said he was prepared to move around his already busy scheduled commitments to help us out to fulfil your order but you had decided to cancel . Please accept my apologises yet again but due to the unforeseen circumstances as explained at that time there was no way we could turn it around for you at such a short notice . Stef Thomas .
