Expected better

Phone calls not returned when chasing up order - promised call back next day regarding delays and expected fitting/delivery. We were not kept updated even though expected delivery dates had passed.

Good afternoon , Thank you for response . Firstly can I apologise for the service that you feel you have received . I have looked at our records which are placed against your order . On the 4th of the 12/ 2020- we did advise that your order would take a further 10 days to arrive into our Warehouse . On the 14th of Dec when your carpet arrived into our warehouse - We emailed our carpet fitter again to contact you to arrange your fitting. On the 19th of Dec - You called chasing why our fitter hadn't contacted you . Unfortunately that was the Saturday that our store had to close due to the latest Government restrictions which are ongoing at present . Our fitter was then under the impression that our warehouse was closed and wouldn't be opening till the restrictions were lifted which wasn't the case because we reopened our warehouse again on the 4th of Jan . On the 8th of Jan I emailed our carpet coordinator who at the time was on furlough and still is , to get our fitter to contact you yet again . On the 11/1/2021 we again followed on your behalf to see if your fitting had been arranged . I am so sorry for the length of time and confusion caused over this matter . With regards to your carpet and quality issues you have raised . If you are worried you can email our customer service department who will only be to happy to arrange a quality inspection for you . service@roomes.co.uk Kindest regards
