Sent the wrong product
Had to wait best part of a week before delivery only to realise they sent me the wrong product. Ordered left hand verge tiles but received standard version of the tiles. I can handle delivery time...

Order processing need attention and courier unrwliable
Website failed tonprocess order sending a malformed acknowledgement through. Had to place the order again after getting email from customer service (wanted faster response here). Then courier delayed...
