Thank you for your feedback. Please be aware that you may not be able to exchange items in store if they were purchased online. If you run into any issues with getting a replacement glass, please let me know and I will organise for one to be sent out to you.

I have looked up your order and can see that it was dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne on 16th May and is on its way. Orders interstate can often take between 7 - 10 days. If it has not arrived by the end of the week please let us know and we can follow up for you.
