Hi Juan,
I'm sorry to hear that you were having some issues with your purchase. However, I can confirm that the item you ordered does not include a lid for the candle. Max Benjamin does make a metal lid for their candles however this item is not one that we currently stock. If you would like to return your item it will be considered a change of mind and you will be required to pay for return shipping to our warehouse per Dallas' instruction in the email you attached. Please let me know if you would like a Return Authorisation Form to be organised for you.
