I ordered online no problems at all, however received a phone call to say they could only meet half my order and the other half would have to be ordered and take a week or so to arrive, unfortunately...

Great service! Ordered the cigars I wanted and they got a member of staff to walk them from the London warehouse to the store so I could collect the next day!

First class in delivery and when cigar out of stock after order they asked me what I wanted as replacement and when the ones I wanted were a bit more expensive they didn’t ask for more money!

Despite previous good experience with the company in their Glasgow shop this first online order was delivered to the wrong address. it will not stop me from returning with further online orders but...
