Cant figure out why i got this evaluation in advance of a 10/19 trip
I dont know why you are asking for my opinion and rating for a trip that is not scheduled to occur until October, 2019.

We have had difficulty updating our address and our account somehow is tied with our travel companions account. A phone call still has not resolved the issue.
