Dear Mrs Pacey,

Thank you for your feedback regarding the hotel and I'm sorry that it was not up to our usual standard. We are not going to offer our Bournemouth holiday until we can guarantee a better standard of accommodation and restaurant service. I apologise for any inconvenience and do hope you are reassured and will travel with us again soon.
