Ordered trowels they took the money but after 6 weeks still no trowels have arrived back to marshalltown it is and they want 10 days to give money back

Hi. Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay regarding the Plaziflex trowel that you ordered and that you weren't kept informed in this instance. We have been trying to keep customers updated with products that are out of stock and try in ensure that the web stock levels are correct to avoid circumstances like this. The refund has been instructed, some banks take a while for refunds to go back into your account, it can be between 5-10 days but unfortunately this is not something that we can control as it is default across all bank payment gateways.
