Hvem kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse?

Kun kunder med købsbevis kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse. Det sikrer vi ved at tage kontakt til køberne lige efter deres transaktion.

Hvordan verificerer vi anmeldelser?

Vi kontrollerer, at anmeldelserne kommer fra ægte kunder, ved at matche dem med et salg eller en transaktion. Folk bliver først inviteret til at skrive en anmeldelse, når de har købt noget hos virksomheden.

Hvordan håndterer vi falske anmeldelser?

Feefo forhindrer folk i at skrive falske anmeldelser, fordi vi kun inviterer verificerede købere til at give feedback.

Be aware -these are NOT print off vouchers

It is not made clear that these are Not printable vouchers. I wanted to put in with a gift.

The E voucher system is so useful saving time and means the gift gets there

They were most prompt and efficient in dealing with my order I would certainly recommend them to anyone the E Voucher system is really great

Our eGift Cards are sent via email (we can send them straight to your recipient too!). This is a great way to access your code instantly at your fingertips. Alternatively we find some customers prefer to place an order and have this emailed to themselves so they can print out the eGift Card and pop it in a greetings card or forward this to their recipient at a specific time. If the voucher fails to reach the E-mail address it was bought for you should inform the address that paid for the voucher
