Made it very easy to send a last minute gift internationally! Would be helpful to have the option at checkout to set up a reminder email in a year (or 50 weeks time - so it's not last minute next...

Bad, still not received my voucher and not received a response via support

I still have not received my voucher, I requested this over 10 days ago and also sent a support message/ticket without a response.

Hello there, Thank you for your review. I have checked your order details and can see this was processed and sent the same day the order was placed. It appears there may have been a gap in communication as I can see we replied to your message via the contact form. Our reply confirmed your order and advised you to check your junk/spam folder. However the reply was sent to an alternative email address that was used on the contact form. I am very sorry you feel you have not had a positive experience with the service, I have resent your eGift card through again to the email address used to place the order.
