I never actually went on this holiday as it was cancelled three months prior to flight dates so to actually receive this feedback is not exactly an indication of good service

Fairly responsive but flight information, hotel details, and transfer information was not detailed. While we didn't have any problems, it did feel quite like we were in the dark.

Comfortable and value for money holiday.

Great holiday company
Good level of service and information provided before and after the booking. The hotel and cruise ship were exactly as described and the holiday was good value for money.
