Thank you for your email. We are very sorry that it was necessary for you to cancel your overseas holiday due to your wife's illness. Regrettably, we had committed to your airline seat and are not able to refund your holiday deposit. Please be assured that we have kept this cost to a minimum. It is hoped that you will be able to recover the deposit cost through your travel insurance. We trust your holiday in St Ives will be most enjoyable.
