Hvordan indsamles Feefo-anmeldelser?

So easy to book. Make a phone call, pay by card, turn up at airport. 14 holidays later I am still hooked on Ramblers holidays. They take you off the beaten track to remote places. Great adventures.

Thanks very much for taking the time to add your feedback to Feefo following your holiday and our correspondence since your return. We're sorry that you felt the holiday arrangements weren't well organised and were disappointed at our hotel. Although you appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, we are aware that some clients would have preferred to eat out in nearby restaurants and we are reviewing this for next season. Should you be interested in giving us another try, please feel free to contact us in advance if you have any concerns, we're always happy to talk about our holidays. Angus Russell Planning Manager
