Unable to redeem loyalty points

Since I booked relatively late, I had to pay the full amount immediately. In this way it was not possible to use my loyalty points. Only after several emails did it finally work.

Thank you for your feedback. Currently when making a late booking it is not possible to redeem your loyalty points online. We recognise this and are happy to refund the value of loyalty points due.
